This policy explains what happens to personal information in connection with the website at freshmotive.online. The site is published by Favorit idea s.r.o., Víta Nejedlého 869/7, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha 3, Czech Republic, company registration 24240168, VAT number CZ24240168, contactable at info@freshmotive.online. Favorit idea s.r.o. decides what happens to the information described here.

Personal information connected with this site is handled in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, which are published in full by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au/privacy/australian-privacy-principles. Because the site is written for readers in Australia, this policy is set out principle by principle, so you can see what each one means here.

It covers freshmotive.online and nothing else. The affiliate link to https://goradar.xyz/a/J63kwSKWLYtykAB and every other link on this site leads to a site run by somebody else, and those sites have their own policies, which govern what they do.

APP 1 — Open and transparent management of personal information

This page is that transparency. It is published at a fixed address, linked from the footer of every page on the site, written in ordinary language, and kept current. Favorit idea s.r.o. is a small publisher with a single website, no customer database and no account system, and this policy describes the whole of the handling rather than a summary of it. Questions and complaints go to info@freshmotive.online.

APP 2 — Anonymity and pseudonymity

You can read every page of this site without identifying yourself. There is no sign-up, no login, no account and no form anywhere on it. If you write to us, you may use a pseudonymous email address and need not give your real name; we will reply to whatever address the message came from. The one exception is a request for access to or correction of personal information under APP 12 or APP 13, where we may need enough information to be satisfied the request is yours before we act on it.

APP 3 — Collection of solicited personal information

Two categories of personal information arise here, and no others.

Server access logs. Our hosting provider records the ordinary technical details of each request to the site: the IP address the request came from, the date and time, the URL requested, the referring page if your browser sends one, and the user-agent string identifying the browser and operating system. This happens automatically as part of serving a web page and we do not switch it off, because it is what allows a fault or an attack to be diagnosed.

The content of emails. If you write to info@freshmotive.online, we hold your email address, any name you choose to give, the message itself and any attachment you send.

Nothing else is collected. There are no forms and no input fields of any kind on this site, no accounts, no progress tracking or saved checklist state, no cookies, no web fonts, no analytics, no advertising tags, no profiling and no cross-site tracking. The site loads no file from any other server, so no other company receives a request because you opened a page here.

APP 4 — Dealing with unsolicited personal information

Occasionally an email contains personal information we did not ask for and do not need in order to reply — details about a third party, for instance, or documents attached to a general question. Where it is lawful and reasonable to do so, we delete that information rather than keep it. Where we cannot lawfully delete it, it is held under the same terms as the rest of the correspondence described below.

APP 5 — Notification of the collection of personal information

This page is the notification. It names who collects the information, what is collected, why, how long it is kept, who else receives it, that some of them are outside Australia, and how to reach us or complain. The purposes are these: access logs exist for security, abuse prevention and fault diagnosis; email exists so that we can reply to you.

APP 6 — Use or disclosure of personal information

Access logs are used only for security, abuse prevention and diagnosing faults. Email is used only to answer the message and to keep a record of the exchange. Neither is used for anything else.

Personal information connected with this site is never sold, rented, traded, or shared with anybody for marketing or advertising. It is disclosed to the service providers named under APP 8 because they operate the hosting and the mailbox, and to a law enforcement body, court or regulator only where the law requires or authorises it.

APP 7 — Direct marketing

We do not carry out direct marketing. There is no mailing list, no newsletter, no promotional email, and no reminder about the course, because there is no enrolment to remind anybody about. An address that writes to us is used to reply and for nothing else.

APP 8 — Cross-border disclosure of personal information

Two recipients exist: our hosting provider, which holds the access logs, and our email service provider, which holds correspondence. Both may store or process that information outside Australia, including in countries whose privacy laws differ from Australian law. Favorit idea s.r.o. is itself established in the Czech Republic, so correspondence is in practice read there. We do not disclose personal information from this site to any other overseas recipient.

APP 9 — Government related identifiers

This principle has almost no application here: we do not adopt, use or disclose any government related identifier. No tax file number, Medicare number, driver licence number or similar identifier is requested, stored or needed anywhere on this site, and we ask readers not to send such numbers to us.

APP 10 — Quality of personal information

The only personal information we hold that could be inaccurate is what somebody has written to us in an email. If you tell us something we hold about you is wrong, out of date or incomplete, we will correct it. We do not verify or enrich information from any other source, because we have no other source.

APP 11 — Security of personal information, and how long it is kept

The site is served over HTTPS. It has no database, no content management system holding submissions and no stored form data, because nothing on it can be submitted. The hosting account and the mailbox are reachable only by people working for Favorit idea s.r.o., using individual credentials. We make no claim to any certification or formal security standard, because we hold none.

Information is kept for these periods and then destroyed or de-identified:

• Server access logs: 30 days.
• Email correspondence: 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless it is needed for an actual or anticipated legal claim, in which case it is kept until that matter ends.

APP 12 — Access to personal information

You may ask what personal information we hold about you. Write to info@freshmotive.online with “Privacy request” in the subject line. There is no charge for making a request, and we reply within 30 days. In practice the answer is usually either an email thread you already have, or nothing at all, since access logs from more than 30 days ago no longer exist and logs are not organised by person. If we have to refuse a request, we will say so in writing and explain why.

APP 13 — Correction of personal information

You may ask us to correct personal information we hold about you, using the same address and the same subject line, with the same 30-day reply and no charge. If we disagree that a correction is needed, we will tell you why, and you may ask us to attach a statement of your view to the record.

Affiliate links and what they mean for your information

Two pages of the course contain a paid link to the Star Stable Online website. Following it takes you off freshmotive.online. From that point, the destination site and the affiliate network that operates the link may set cookies or use similar technology on their own domains to record that the visit came from us, under their own privacy policies and not this one. We do not control that and cannot switch it off.

What comes back to Favorit idea s.r.o. is a commission report from the network: totals and counts used to reconcile payments. We do not seek information identifying individual readers from those reports, and we do not combine them with anything else.

Complaints

If you think personal information has been mishandled, write to info@freshmotive.online and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints.

Data breaches

If we have reason to believe personal information connected with this site has been accessed or disclosed without authorisation, or lost, we assess what happened promptly. Where serious harm to any affected person is likely, we notify the people affected and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

Children

This site is written for adults and is not directed at people under 16. We collect nothing that would identify a child, because we collect nothing that identifies anyone beyond the two categories described under APP 3. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

Readers in the European Union, the EEA and the United Kingdom

Favorit idea s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, so European data protection law also applies to this handling. Our legal basis for access logs is our legitimate interest in keeping the site available, secure and working. Our legal basis for correspondence is taking steps to respond to the enquiry you have sent us. We rely on consent for nothing, because there are no cookies and no similar technologies on this site to consent to.

Where that law applies to you, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, exercisable by writing to info@freshmotive.online. You may also complain to the Czech supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), at uoou.gov.cz.

Changes to this policy

When this policy is revised, the effective date at the top is updated. Where a change materially affects how personal information is handled, a note saying so is shown at the top of this page for 30 days after the change.
