These terms apply to your use of freshmotive.online, published by Favorit idea s.r.o., Víta Nejedlého 869/7, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha 3, Czech Republic, company registration 24240168, VAT number CZ24240168. Reading the site means these terms apply; if they do not suit you, the remedy is simply not to use it.

What this site is

Fresh Motive publishes a free five-step course about online games, written for general readers in Australia. It is information, not advice. It is not legal, financial, consumer, security or parenting advice for your particular circumstances, and it is not accredited training: there is no enrolment, no assessment, no certificate and no qualification attached to reading it. Nothing here creates a professional relationship between you and Favorit idea s.r.o.

Accuracy and change

The course is written carefully and reviewed at least twice a year, but product details, prices, classifications, system requirements and vendor policies change without notice and without our knowledge. Anything specific to a product should be confirmed with that vendor before you rely on it, and anything specific to Australian law or your rights should be confirmed with the relevant Australian body or a qualified adviser. We do not promise the site is complete, current or free of error, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.

Other websites

The course links to government sources, to vendors and, on two pages, to a paid affiliate destination. Those sites are run by other organisations, and we have no control over their content, their availability, their terms or what they do with information you give them. Trade marks

All brand names on Fresh Motive, Star Stable Online among them, are the property of their owners. Except for the paid affiliate links described on our funding page, none of those owners is affiliated with Fresh Motive, and none has endorsed or sponsored it.

Your use of the material

You are welcome to read the course, print the checklists and use them in your own household, school or community group. The text, layout and illustrations remain the property of Favorit idea s.r.o.; republishing the material as your own, or selling it, is not permitted without our written agreement.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that the Australian Consumer Law gives you and that cannot lawfully be excluded. Those rights apply in full, and any statement here that conflicts with them has no effect to that extent.

Beyond that, and only as far as the law permits: the site is provided as it is; we are not liable for loss arising from decisions you make after reading it, from errors or omissions in it, from the site being unavailable, or from anything on a site we link to. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the material or paying the cost of doing so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, where Favorit idea s.r.o. is established, and the Czech courts have jurisdiction. That does not displace the protections Australian consumer law gives you as a reader in Australia, nor the right to bring a matter before a regulator or court in Australia where the law allows it.
